Refund and Privacy Policy ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL  ALL PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, DISPLAY EXCESSIVE WEAR, ARE DIRTY OR HAVE PET HAIR ON THEM OR OTHER SIGNS OF PROLONGED USE, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.


THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS DUE TO HEALTH AND SANATATION ISSUES IF USED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS: TOWELS, WASH CLOTHES, BLANKETS, TOYS AND PET CLOTHING.  PET
PRODUCTS/PET SUPPLIES:  Merchandise returned to our warehouse will incur varying restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, completely clean of pet hair, stains and odor. The products must have their original tags still attached. Days allotted for return will depend on the merchandise.  If dog fence wire has been removed from a spool, or fence flags are used or other items with signs of prolonged use will not eligible for a refund.  Your credit card will be issued a refund after we verify the item(s) meet the return conditions. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges. Some returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a credit memo (store credit) to be applied against future purchases.

GROOMING PRODUCTS/SUPPLIES: If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days. We want to make it right! Holiday Returns: Restrictions apply to holiday returns. Halloween and Holiday items must be returned three weeks (21 days) before October 31st and December 25th to receive credit. Any return request after the allotted period will be offered an exchange or replacement, so long as they meet the criteria of returned items listed above. Restrictions: We regret that books, and videos cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship. In these cases, merchandise will be replaced with the same item. All returned items must be in the original packaging with no writing or stickers on them. The $6.99 Processing Fee, if paid, is non-refundable. Did Your Order Arrive Damaged? All shipments are fully insured; damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier's inspectors may be necessary. USPS Shipments: If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, please have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us and we'll take it from there. Motor Freight Shipments: Note any visible damage from a Motor Freight truck shipment on the Bill of Lading, and notify the carrier immediately ALL GIFT BASKETS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Gift Basket purchase, you can return the Gift Basket in its original packaging and all products within the Gift Basket in their original packaging and unopened up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please accompany your return with the purchase invoice for a full refund.  Please contact us at info@pamperedpetsonly.com before you return your Gift Basket. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of you the customer.  Due to the uniqueness of our Gift Baskets and because they are sold as complete, individual items within your Gift Basket will not be refunded if damaged or defective BUT we will gladly exchange the item for the exact item up to 30 day from the original date of purchase.  EXCHANGES: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Gift Basket, you may exchange your Gift Basket with original packaging and all items within the Basket in their original packaging and unopened. Due to the uniqueness of our Gift Baskets, we can only offer and exchange for the exact same Basket. Restocking fee of $15.00 will be charged before an exchange is granted. All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. Please contact us at info@pamperedpetsonly.com before you exchange any item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of you the customer. DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING: If you are exchanging your Gift Basket due to any item damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days and we will resolve the issue immediately. Please leave all items in original packaging.  Please contact us at info@pamperedpetsonly.com ORDER CANCELLATION: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@pamperedpetsonly.com. If you order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment.
